my pc is reunning choppy when you scroll or move a item across screen its lags across it and when u scroll it jump down slowly instead of smoothly scrolling down
Does anyone out there know what a message from AVG means when it says X A.bin file missing???? Help PLZ
is reg cure gonna erase my files or fix them?
I am trying to do a full system restore on my Dell Optiplex 210L, I have read several articles that say upon start up, hit Ctrl + F11 to go to the hidden system restore function, but it does nothing when I attempt it, can anyone help?

i have a desktop computer in it i have a dvd rom drive i cant not play a dvd movie in it they said the threads are gone someone told me unistall the dvd rom then try to reinstall it again if i do this i could ruin it what should i do fix this problem

when i start my pc there is a startup error “E\windws\system32\cmd.exe” & message is “the file does not have programme associated with it performing action.crate an association in the folder options control panel” give me solution.
i have vista and im having problems with my windows media player 11 it cant burn cds, no problem with dvd burning rom but any kind of cds cant be read and burn
When I start my PC the CPU fan starts up, but nothing on the monitor. So switched Power Supplier to see whether or not it is the problem, but when I did it still gave the same problem. I unplugging the every component from the motherboard including the RAM to see whether command relays or power even rich it (if you switch a PC without RAM it makes contious beeping sound) in which in this case it didn’t. So afterwards I thought the CPU was protecting itself from overheating because the Thermal Paste run dry, so I put in new paste, and started it again, but there was nothing, so I know maybe the motherboard might be damaged but is the any other advice anyone can give Please?….
So, Gateway will be closing their doors at year end. Another victim to the lagging economy. Gateway is one of the weakest computer manufacturers, so it comes as no surprise that they would be one of the first to be affected. I can’t really say that they have been delivering they way they should to stay alive in this competitive business either. I think they gave up a long time ago. So, if anyone is thinking to buy a Gateway, reconsider. There is a good selection of PC’s available from a good number of computer manufacturers, i.e. Dell, Hp, Levnovo, Acer, etc.
When starting up in vista,I get the windows boot manager screen up with microsoft windows vista,and earlier versions of windows.How can I get rid of this appearing when starting up?
Why does my computer hesitate when I drag a window across the screen or scroll in my internet browser, and how would I fix this issue?
My computer screen would go black and then show a message that said Not Optimum Mode Recommended Mode 1280 X1024 60Hz . Everything freezes and the only thing I could do was turn off computer and then restart it. Sometimes this didn”t work. I would get this message after being online for about 30 minutes. I purchased the regcure program after seeing an ad stating it would fix my problem . Purchased, registered and did scan…….still getting knocked off Internet with above message floating on screen . Am I doing something wrong? Never had this problem until we moved and I changed to insight broadband

Hey. My E-machine has something wrong with it. and i saved
everything that i need on disks.
but when i put my system recovery Cd’s in it wouldn’t
load anything and just brought up the files themselves.
Also anytime i try to open something i have to manually do it.
like i click Firefox it says
what would you like to open this
with and i have to click Firefox. then this window pops
up saying something then i click okay and then it tries
getting me to download this thing for Firefox and
i click cancel and that’s how i have to get on the
internet every time. How do I completely reset my computer?
I have tried using boot disk.
I have tried opening system restore and it wont open.
and i tried looking for the button you push
at the beginning of start up so that you can reset
it,…didn’t find it.
Trying to print coupons and just brings up alink.asp (GIF Image, 1×1 pixels) and nothing else. I think I am missing something to print those.

I play wow and rift,my home page is normal,in the past 3 days I have tried to long into games and once I log in my game screen is cluttered with small squares. In both games. Have reloaded Rift and
run repair on wow.Also have same problem watching movies.My

i have a windows xp…when we bought the computer, they were going to be coming out with vista within a month. So when vista came out , they sent me the software for vista. I never downloaded it, becuz i heard bad things about it. Do you think i should upgrade my computer and download the vista now ?….thanks

hai, i need help. My laptop is Compact CQ-41 having a problem about the bios. Whenever i start my laptop, this sentences keep shown up -
“The system bios has detected your notebook PC was placed in hibernation to avoid overheating .
The system is now operating normally and your data should remain intact.

i have a toshiba a205-s5000 that will not boot up, gets to splash screen and cant do anything. i have switched hard drives and it boots on another laptop. wondering what i can do to find the cause of my problem

while system boot-up, & it goes in loop & does not load windows.
This started happening after I did a whole system scan with my avast anti-virus software.
Anyone has any info about this error/solution.

I have a problem while installing Windows server 2003, It gives me BSOD With error 0*000007b,
and comments like check for virus, chkdsk f paramater is not defined.
remove any newly add hardware drive .
i am using compaq cq60-104tu machine.
now how should i install it.
any guidance.

erhm i spil soda on my keyboard on my laptop can it be fixes by just buying a new keyboard on install it in ?
